Mandy Okonofua is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading innovative projects and improving operational efficiency across various sectors. Currently serving as a Product Owner Consultant at Novus Strategy & Consulting Ltd, Mandy focuses on significantly reducing Property transaction times to enhance the home buying and selling experience. Previous roles include Product Manager/Owner at PIB Group, where oversight of insurance product development occurred, and Senior Product Manager at The Closed Circuit Group, addressing funding access in business incubation. Mandy's background also includes management of product and operations at Kaya Africa, leading to significant client acquisitions, and a role as Delivery and Quality Assurance Lead at Lori, which resulted in improved cash flow.
