Tayler Hughes is an accomplished product designer and leader with extensive experience in shaping product strategies for various companies. Currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Willard, a product design studio dedicated to early-stage founders, Tayler also holds the position of Product Design Consultant at Novus Strategy, focusing on transforming the UK property market. Previous roles include Lead Product Designer at StudyStream, where Tayler collaborated with co-founders on product roadmaps for a rapidly growing startup, and Lead Product Designer at Jagex, where responsibilities included developing product roadmaps and integrating design into Agile processes. Tayler's career began as a Network Administrator at Barnardiston Hall Prep School, with subsequent positions including Owner at Five Shillings and Head of Website Design & Development at Cambridge Creative.
