Asel Rakisheva

Asel Rakisheva is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Commercial and Industrial Real Estate at NOVVI Properties since August 2024. Prior experience includes holding the position of Strategic BD Country Manager for CIS and Eastern Europe at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) from December 2022 to May 2024, where Asel focused on building networks and securing business opportunities. Previously, Asel was the Head of Commercial at haus & haus and the Director of Operations at Asteco Savana Real Estate Office, managing teams and enhancing client relationships.
