Tim Nugent

Tim Nugent is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Novvia Group, a company under the Kelso portfolio, since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tim Nugent held the position of CFO at Saxco International LLC, an Atlas Holdings portfolio company, from August 2020 to April 2025. Tim's extensive background also includes serving as Executive Director of Finance at Baker Hughes between April 2017 and August 2020, as well as various roles at GE from July 2010 to May 2017, including Executive Manager for GE Corporate Audit Staff. Tim Nugent began a career in finance as a Financial Analyst in the Financial Management Program at GE, and possesses a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Miami University.
