Prior to this role, Ryan held similar positions at Readie Construction Ltd and Willmott Dixon, where responsibilities included site management and support in construction operations. Earlier experience includes roles as an Operations Assistant at RELIANT PROPERTY SERVICES LIMITED and a Marketing Assistant at the University of San Francisco, where Ryan contributed to sports promotion at the NCAA Division 1 level. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Reading and a focus on Organizational Leadership and Sports Science from the University of San Francisco and St Mary’s University, Twickenham, respectively.
