Leigh Yurgin

Leigh Yurgin has extensive experience in maintenance management, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Now Foods since April 2017. Prior to this role, Leigh held the position of Maintenance Manager at General Mills from December 2008 to April 2017, overseeing a team of multitrade mechanics and managing maintenance budgets for cereal production areas. Leigh's career also includes a role as a Maintenance Team Leader at General Mills, where management of maintenance activities and personnel was key. Before General Mills, Leigh was a Technical Specialist at FedEx Ground from August 2007 to December 2008, providing technical support for package sortation and delivery services. Beginning the career at Mars as a Senior Continuous Improvement Technician from March 1987 to August 2007, Leigh managed small-scale capital projects and implemented improvements in production processes. Leigh holds a degree in Automated Systems from Joliet Junior College.
