Magdalena Rauf

Magdalena Rauf has been working in the field since 1996. Magdalena began their career at Telia MegaCom as a Human Resources Developer. In 1998, they moved to Swedtel AB, where they were a Human Resources Manager. In 2002, they became the Owner of Mcompany AB, where they built up an entrepreneurial business from scratch and implemented sales academy and HR processes. In 2008, they became a Partner at Inlead AB. From 2010 to 2019, they were a Co-Founder at Now Interact AB. Currently, they are the Founder of Iboost Life.

Magdalena Rauf has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Stockholm University, which they obtained between 1993 and 1996.
