Richard Serrano currently serves as a Project Estimator at NOW Specialties, Inc. since October 2021. In addition, Richard has held the position of President at Serrano & Funk Terrazzo LLC since January 2015, a role that commenced after a brief period of self-employment in early 2015, where Richard also served as President.

NOW Specialties, Inc. is the leading exterior wall system designer, fabricator, and installer in Texas. NOW was the first ACM fabricator—and is still the only MCA Premium Fabricator—in Texas and the surrounding states. We are also the only fabricator of Trespa HPL in the area. Finally, our resume of completed projects exceeds $100 million in contract sum, and should demonstrate our experience with large scopes, complex geometries and tight schedules.
