Ginnie Maxfield-White

Ginnie Maxfield-White currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Now Teach since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ginnie held the position of Chief Operating Officer at The Cares Family from September 2022 to January 2024 and acted as Head of Operations for Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity from August 2020 to September 2022, where responsibilities included oversight of services, administration, and volunteer support. Ginnie was the National Senior Head of Operations at The Prince's Trust from October 2019 to August 2020, leading the establishment of new programs to support youth employment in the health and care sector. Previous experience includes significant operational roles at Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity and Merlin Entertainments plc, as well as a Graduate Management Trainee position at Legoland Windsor Resort. Ginnie holds a BA in Sociology and an MSc in International Management from the University of Exeter.
