Thea Hinde

Thea Hinde is an accomplished leader in product strategy and transformation, currently serving as SVP Distribution, Customer Management and NOW Lead, and Group Director, Strategy and Transformation at NOW since February 2022. With extensive experience at Sky from 2015 to 2022, Thea led the UK & ROI Transformation Team and managed various strategic change programs. Previous roles include Programme Director for Group Transformation and Director of Digital Transformation, alongside consulting for multiple clients. Earlier career highlights include positions as Interim Head of Customer Onboarding and Head of Retention Strategy at BSkyB, as well as Strategy Consultant at Accenture. Thea holds a BSc in Politics from the University of Bristol and a PhD in Business Strategy & Semiology from the University of Keele.
