Michael Leckie

Michael Leckie is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, executive coaching, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as Founding Partner at Silverback Partners, LLC since March 2016, Michael focuses on culture change, talent strategy, and leadership capabilities for digital transformation. In addition, Michael holds the position of Managing Director at Virgo Investment Group and Interim Chief People Officer at Now®, while also advising senior leaders at McChrystal Group. Previous roles include Chief Learning Officer at Bloomberg LP, Chief Learning Officer and Digital Transformation Leader at GE, and Managing Vice President at Gartner. Michael holds an MSOD in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BA in Psychology from Vanguard University of Southern California.
