Sarah E. Rettker has diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Management Trainee at Hillstone Restaurant Group. Sarah E. then worked their way up, taking on different roles such as Manager, Senior Assistant Manager, and General Manager at various restaurants within the group. During their time at Hillstone Restaurant Group, Sarah implemented systems for inventory control, cost reduction, guest relations, and employee performance. Sarah E. achieved weekly and monthly sales targets and managed a team of over 20 employees.

In 2017, they transitioned to the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, where they served as an Investor Engagement Manager before being promoted to Vice President of Investor Engagement. In these roles, Sarah was responsible for member satisfaction and engagement, overseeing annual capital campaigns, creating content for senior executives, and leveraging partnerships to strengthen the Chamber's brand and enhance the investor experience.

Since 2020, Sarah has been with Now®. Sarah E. initially held the position of VP Client Development, where they utilized client insights and internal user feedback to develop new programs and services, improve product utilization, and enhance the customer experience. Currently, Sarah serves as the Executive Vice President of Customer Success & Operations, leading a team across various departments to create and maintain a customer-centric culture and align internal operations with evolving customer needs.

Throughout their career, Sarah has demonstrated a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Sarah E. Rettker attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2006 to 2010. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on International Business and Accounting.
