Allan E. Schneck, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in public services and transportation engineering. Currently serving as Principal at Nowak & Fraus Engineers since May 2022, Allan previously held the position of Department of Public Services Director for the City of Rochester Hills, retiring in April 2022. Allan also contributed as DPW & U Director/City Engineer for the City of Pontiac from May 2004 to April 2011, and as a Transportation Engineer at MDOT between 2000 and 2004. Academically, Allan holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University, acquired between 1993 and 2003, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Central Michigan University, earned from 1986 to 1989.
