Michael P. Kurmas, PE, has extensive experience in civil engineering, currently serving as a Project Engineer at Nowak & Fraus Engineers since June 2017. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Civil Engineer at AECOM, specializing as a Nuclear Power Plant Support Engineer from July 2011 to May 2017. Michael also has experience as a self-employed Construction Inspector, overseeing substantial projects in Pontiac, Michigan, and held various positions at Nowak & Fraus from 1994 to 2008, including Engineering Technician Level II, Construction Inspector, and Land Surveyor. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University.
