Gianni Furino’s career includes the responsibilities of Sales & Management in International IVD markets.

His 30 years of experience in the healthcare market spans a broad scope of businesses, from multinational corporations to startups.

His extensive background in Research and Development includes creating and implementing new products for strategic markets and supporting corporate objectives. He developed international distributor channels and directed numerous sales teams and independent representatives.

Gianni Furino performed market surveys and competitive analysis to develop viable strategies and implement strategic tactics and sales actions. He engaged in new product launches, integrated product acquisitions into existing channels, and created new networks within these fields.

As International Sales & Marketing Director of Delta Biologicals, a subsidiary of Ivax Diagnostics Inc., he expanded his range of activities within the group, participating directly with important sales negotiations, overseeing all International and European key customers, and taking the company public.

In 2008, he was the co-founder of AXA Diagnostics S.r.l., an Italian company that developed and produced a full walkway platform (known as Skylab 752®) for IVD tests, marketed through distributors in Europe and the USA.
