Frédéric Pattyn

Frédéric Pattyn, EMBA, serves as Co-Founder and Principal Product Manager at NOWJOBS since 2016, leading the development of an HR tech company that has expanded into Belgium, the Netherlands, and France, notably through the acquisition of StaffMe. Frédéric holds multiple academic positions, including Visiting Researcher at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano, Doctoral Researcher at Ghent University, and Guest Lecturer at Vlerick Business School, focusing on product management and AI in software startups. As a Product Management Fellow at ISPMA and a mentor at Start it Accelerate, Frédéric supports emerging companies while also advising at Version Lens and contributing to Paralect Accelerator as a Board Member. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Applied Economics from Ghent University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
