Lucy Akokotu is an experienced content and communications professional with a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies. Currently serving as the Content Lead at NowNow since February 2022, Lucy focuses on aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives, identifying target audiences, and creating impactful messaging. Previously, Lucy held the role of Brand Content Strategist at Paykobo.com, where responsibilities included content creation and strategic planning, as well as serving as an Editorial & Content Supervisor to drive measurable results. Lucy's early career includes roles such as E-Payment Review Manager at the Electronic Payment Providers Association of Nigeria, managing high-level projects and overseeing a publication, and Communications and Editorial Assistant, focusing on press releases and social media management. Lucy began as a News Reporter at Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation and holds a Master's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication from Imo State University.
