Mats Holmfeldt

Mats Holmfeldt has extensive experience in various leadership roles and advisory positions. Mats currently serves as the Chairman of Soltech Energy Sweden AB, where they have been a member of the Board since May 2021 and previously held the role of Senior Advisor and Group CFO. In addition, Mats has been involved in various other companies and organizations, including Green Assets Wallet, Centiglobe, and STOCKHOLM GREEN FINTECH, where they have held the position of Chairman. Mats has also served as a Board member for Trine and has held leadership roles in Findec and COVR Security. Mats has been actively involved in the Fintech and Green Finance sectors, serving as a catalyst and mentor for various organizations. Prior to their current roles, Mats was involved in the Business Incubator Group as part of SWE FinTech Ventures.

Mats Holmfeldt has completed the Wallenberg Institute Diploma in the Senior Leadership Program at HHS Stockholm School of Economics-Wallenberg Institute. Mats also holds a Higher Bank Degree from SEB, where they focused on fields such as finance, risk, commercial, and corporate banking, as well as law. Additionally, Mats Holmfeldt pursued studies in business administration and marketing management at Stockholm University. Mats had previously studied accounting and finance at Sigtuna Märsta Gymnasium. In 2016, Mats Holmfeldt earned certification in professional boardwork, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and Chairman of the Board from the Michael Berglund Board Value program.
