NOWON is a Korean American restaurant group rooted in New York City and built on bold flavors, high energy, and genuine hospitality. We started in a small East Village space and have grown into a multi-unit brand with locations in NYC and a licensed outpost in Boston’s Seaport district.

Our food reflects the spirit of Korean American comfort. Our culture reflects discipline, consistency, and a commitment to treating every guest like a regular. As we grow, we focus on maintaining the identity that made NOWON stand out from day one while building systems that support multi-unit excellence.

We train our teams to cook with intention, serve with pride, and build community inside every location. Our operations are designed to be scalable without losing the character and soul that define the brand.

NOWON is selectively exploring licensing partnerships in markets that align with our values and standards. We look for experienced operators who understand quality, culture, accountability, and long term brand building.
