Syrone Hanks II

Syrone Hanks II has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Syrone started their career at Apple in 2012 as a Genius, where they were responsible for reviewing customer product issues and rebuilding/repairing hardware and software for all Apple products. Syrone also served as a general resource for junior technicians, mentoring and training newly hired employees. After working at Apple for six years, they joined NowSecure in 2018 as a Technical Support Analyst. In this role, they provided technical support to users and resolved any issues they faced. Later, in October 2021, Syrone transitioned to the position of an Application Security Analyst at NowSecure, where they are currently working. The details of their tenure in this role are ongoing.

Syrone Hanks II attended Lewis University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Information Security. After their undergraduate studies, Syrone pursued a Master's degree in Information Security Technical MS from the same institution. In addition to their academic achievements, they also earned Apple Macintosh Certification and Apple Mobile Certification in October 2014.
