Brydon McMillen

Brydon McMillen has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2016 as a CAD designer (co-op) at DPM Energy Inc. Brydon then moved to Process Research ORTECH in 2016 as a Process Engineer (co-op). In 2017, they took a role as a QA Specialist at Maple Leaf Foods Inc. In 2018, they were a Freelance Copywriter and a CA&E Engineer (co-op) at Hatch. Brydon then joined TwoBite Digital Inc. in 2019, where they held the roles of Growth Marketing Manager and Growth Marketer (PPC). In 2019, they also worked as a Growth Marketer (co-op) at Clio - Cloud-Based Legal Technology, where they earned the responsibility of being the account owner and main point of contact for Drift, the chatbot which appears on the Clio website. Brydon optimized Drift strategy to drive a 352% increase in MQLs captured, developed a solution to prevent current Clio customers (non-prospects) from engaging with Drift, and collaborated with PPC Manager in a complete rebuild of Google Ad account. Finally, they are currently employed as a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager at Nowspeed Marketing since 2022.

Brydon McMillen obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
