Meetu Sandhu

Meetu Sandhu has extensive work experience in the field of people and culture. Meetu currently holds the position of Senior People & Culture Leader at Nowsta, where they started in 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior People & Culture Leader, North America at sunday for the same year.

Before their current roles, Meetu worked at KPMG from 2018 to 2022, where they held several positions including KPMG International Employee Relations CoE Lead, Senior HR Business Partner - Global Advisory, and Senior HR Advisor, KPMG Global Resource Centre.

In 2018, they worked briefly at WW (formerly Weight Watchers) as a Manager, People. From 2016 to 2018, Meetu served as an HR Business Partner at eCycle Solutions, and from 2014 to 2016, they held the same position at Sowingo.

Throughout their career, Meetu has also worked in various HR and operations roles at different organizations from 2006 to 2014.

Meetu Sandhu has a background in education from various prestigious institutions. Meetu attended the University of Toronto, where they pursued studies in Human Resources. Subsequently, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy, Sociology, and Psychology from the same university. Then, they furthered their education at the University of Oxford, focusing on European History. Additionally, Meetu obtained a certification in "Why Trust Matters" from LinkedIn in March 2021, with Rachel Botsman as the course instructor.
