Sylwia Solecka-Budziaszek is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Specialist at Nowy Styl since March 2021, Sylwia focuses on product innovation communication for the Kusch+Co brand, overseeing the entire process from concept development to media selection. Prior roles include Account Manager at Hammer Agency, where Sylwia managed BTL projects for Tesco Poland, and Project Manager at Navigator Advertising Agency, providing client care for prominent companies. An earlier position as Creative Supervisor involved coordinating graphic design teams and supervising POS material development. Educational achievements include a postgraduate degree in E-marketing from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera, a Graphic Designer specialization from Publishing School, and a Master's degree in History from Jagiellonian University.
