Jonathan Shaw

Jonathan Shaw currently serves as the Chief Solutions Officer at Nox Health, a position held since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading commercial growth strategies and evolving solutions within the Sleep Care portfolio. Prior to this, Jonathan was the Senior Vice President of Solutions at Optum from December 2019 to April 2025, focusing on developing new solutions for senior care and the Medicare Advantage population. Jonathan also held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Quartet Health from October 2017 to December 2019, overseeing client implementations and revenue growth. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Product Innovation, Development & Management at CVS Health, where Jonathan managed programs aimed at reducing pharmacy costs, and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, specializing in healthcare growth strategies. Jonathan holds a PhD in Cell Biology from The Johns Hopkins University and a BA/BS in Biology and Mathematics from UC San Diego.
