Sveinbjorn Hoskuldsson

Chief Technology Officer at Nox Medical

Sveinbjorn Hoskuldsson has extensive experience in the field of sleep monitoring and diagnostics. Sveinbjorn co-founded Nox Medical in 2006 and served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2011. During their time at Nox Medical, they led the Research and Development teams and played a key role in the creation of the company's technology vision. Sveinbjorn also served as the Chairman of the board and Chief Technical Officer from 2011 to 2016, where they focused on developing new generations of sleep diagnostic systems based on the latest available technology. Prior to joining Nox Medical, Sveinbjorn worked at Medcare Flaga as the Equipment Development Manager, where they directed the development of successful polygraph recorders and digital neurology and polysomnograph systems.

Sveinbjorn Hoskuldsson earned a BS degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Signal Processing from Háskóli Íslands between 1988 and 1992. Sveinbjorn then went on to complete a Diploma Engineer degree in Automation and Signal Processing at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) from 1992 to 1995.
