Heike Guthardt

Heike Guthardt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Heike currently holds the position of Director IT at nox NachtExpress, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Dozentin at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management from 2018 onwards. Heike also served as the Head of IT / Senior Manager IT at Yusen Logistics (Deutschland) GmbH from 2022 until 2023. From 2021 to 2022, they held the position of Head of IT / Bereichsleiter IT at GEL Express Logistik GmbH, where they managed the IT department and oversaw various digitalization projects.

Before that, Heike worked at Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH from 2010 to 2020. Heike started as a Sachbearbeiter Rechnungswesen (Anlagenbuchhaltung) and moved up the ranks, working as SharePoint Teilprojektleiterin, IT-Referentin with a focus on SharePoint, Stellvertretende Leiterin des IT-Managements, and ultimately Leiterin IT-Kollaboration und Strategie. Heike'sresponsibilities included leading teams, managing outsourcing activities, implementing IT security concepts, and representing the company in external networks.

In addition, Heike Guthardt took a break for parental leave from July 2019 to September 2020. Heike also worked as a Referentin at Management Circle AG from 2015 to 2017.

Heike Guthardt started their education in 2008 at Flughafen Düsseldorf GmbH, where they pursued a degree in Bürokauffrau. This program lasted until 2010. Heike then furthered their education at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomoe & Management from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business Administration.
