Prior to this, Ivan held the position of Country Manager at Hillebrand for over five years, where Ivan was responsible for overall business performance and developing local strategies in alignment with regional guidelines. Ivan also has experience as an Operations Director managing a team of 20 subordinates and overseeing 3PL warehouses. With a background in logistics, supply chain management, and translation, Ivan brings a wealth of experience to their role.

NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions used to be a part of the global Kuehne+Nagel logistics network until July 20th 2022, and born by a management buyout. The organization comprises meanwhile 30 locations in 18 cities in United Arab Emirates, China, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Belarus and Russia, operating 150.000 sqm of warehouse space with ~1.750 experts employed. The product portfolio contains sea, road, rail and air transportation, project (heavy lifts / over-dimensional cargo), supply chain management (4PL) and consultancy services, exhibitions/events, contract logistics, insurance and customs clearance, as well as commodity trading (sourcing / technical import / distribution) and industrial services (engineering). The organization is operating globally via a trustworthy partner network. More than 700 newcomers have joined the NOYTECH family since finishing the MBO last year, and our international footprint will continue to grow.
