Felicia Parr, B. Eng., MBA

Felicia Parr has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries and roles. Felicia is currently working as the Chief of Staff at Noze since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) as a Senior Manager in Strategy & Innovation from June 2022 to October 2022, as well as in various roles such as Manager and Senior Specialist in Business Strategy, Planning & Optimization from 2020 to 2021. Before CMHC, Felicia served as the Manager of Strategy & Portfolio Construction at Ivanhoé Cambridge from June 2019 to July 2020. Felicia also held positions at Deloitte as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Strategy & Operations from 2017 to 2019. In addition, Felicia was the President of HEC Montréal AEMBA from May 2016 to May 2017. Felicia started their career as a Sales Engineer at Bombardier from August 2015 to April 2016. Prior to that, Felicia worked as an Applications & Sales Support Engineer at Weir Minerals from May 2013 to August 2015, where they played a vital role in the Sales & Product Management team by providing technical and commercial expertise for large-scale mining applications. Felicia was responsible for capital projects, contract administration, and project management, and they also conducted sales presentations and consultations for clients. Felicia holds a B. Eng. and an MBA.

Felicia Parr holds a diverse educational background. Felicia obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Dalhousie University, specializing in Public Administration. Felicia then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at HEC Montréal, where they excelled and graduated with Great Distinction. Felicia'sMBA focused on Strategy and Finance. Prior to their MBA, Felicia completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree at McGill University, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Felicia also pursued a Minor in Management during their undergraduate studies. Felicia further expanded their educational expertise by attending the Summer Institute for General Management (SIGM) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Before their university education, Felicia completed their Diploma of Collegial Studies (DEC) in Health Sciences at Marianopolis College. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Junior Engineer from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, obtained in October 2013.
