Dagmar Lanoue

Dagmar Lanoue is an experienced Human Resources professional with extensive expertise in HR strategy and operations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director for NOZ/mh:n MEDIEN since May 2018, Dagmar oversees HR concepts and initiatives related to organizational integration and digital transformation across the group. Prior roles include HR Director positions at Compass Group Deutschland GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed HR operations and excellence, and overall management of HR practices across various subsidiaries.
