Federico Maggi

Federico Maggi is a seasoned software engineering professional currently serving as Software Engineering Technical Lead at Nozomi Networks since September 2025. As a co-founder of Associazione Diventi since December 2015, Federico promotes Pen and Paper Role Playing Games for personal growth and development. Prior to this role, Federico accumulated extensive experience at Mia-Platform from April 2019 to September 2025, advancing through positions such as Staff Engineer, Senior Software Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, and Senior Fullstack Developer, contributing significantly to the development of enterprise digital platforms.
