Francesco Balzano

Francesco Balzano began their work experience in 2018 as a Junior Field Service Engineer at Siemens, where they worked until April 2019. Francesco then joined Haruspex Cybersecurity as a Cybersecurity Engineer from April 2019 to December 2020. In December 2020, they joined the MENARINI Group as a Security Analyst and worked there until October 2022. Currently, they are employed at Nozomi Networks as a Cyber Security Data Analyst starting from October 2022.

Francesco Balzano received their education in the field of computer science and networking. From 2015 to 2019, they attended Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science and Networking, specializing in Informatica. During the same period, they also studied at Università di Pisa for the same degree and field of study.

Before their time at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and Università di Pisa, from 2012 to 2015, Francesco Balzano attended Università degli Studi di Firenze and completed a three-year undergraduate degree (Laurea triennale) in Computer Engineering, with a focus on Ingegneria informatica.

In terms of additional certifications, Francesco Balzano obtained the following:

1. In February 2021, they received the certification "Esame di stato - Ingegneria dell' Informazione, Sezione A" from Università degli Studi di Firenze.

2. In January 2023, they obtained the "Nozomi Networks Certified Engineer" certification from Nozomi Networks.

3. In July 2021, they received the "Certified Ethical Hacker" certification from EC-Council.

4. In July 2020, they obtained the "Security+" certification from CompTIA.
