Heather E. MacKenzie has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Heather E. retired in 2022, following their role as a Director of Vertical Marketing at Nozomi Networks, a leader in real-time ICS cybersecurity solutions. Prior to that, they worked as an ICS Cybersecurity Specialist at the same company, where they created valuable content to establish Nozomi Networks as a thought leader.

Before joining Nozomi Networks, they operated their own consulting business, Heather MacKenzie Freelance Marketing Consultant, where they served as Chief Marketing Officer. In this role, they specialized in content marketing and marketing automation services in the field of industrial (ICS/SCADA) cybersecurity.
