Tim Pierce

Tim Pierce has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Tim started their career at Alcatel-Lucent as a Technical Support Engineer III from August 1998 to February 2002. From there, they joined Progress Energy as a Senior IT Analyst from January 2003 to January 2011. Tim then moved to Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd, where they held various roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Technical Support Team Leader, and eventually became the Presales Manager from May 2017 to October 2018. Tim further expanded their expertise by working at Dragos, Inc. as a Senior Solutions Architect from November 2018 to April 2019. Tim's career then led him back to Waterfall Security Solutions Ltd as the Director of PreSales for North America, where they worked from May 2019 to September 2021. Tim is currently employed at Nozomi Networks, serving as both a Technical Sales Engineer and a Senior Technical Sales Engineer since September 2021 and April 2022, respectively.

Tim Pierce attended Southeastern Community College from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering and obtained an Associate of Science in Electrical Engineering (ASET). Following their time at SCC, they pursued further education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 1996 to 1998. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology (BSET) with a focus in Electrical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Tim Pierce obtained a certification as a Nozomi Networks Certified Engineer from Nozomi Networks in October 2021.
