Kayla Bautista

Kayla Bautista is a skilled social media and marketing professional with a diverse background in fan engagement and entertainment. Currently serving as a Social Media Manager at NP Digital, Kayla has also contributed to the San Diego Padres in roles within the Fan Engagement & Entertainment Team and as a Sales Representative for the Padres Foundation. Previous experiences include positions at Formula 1 as a Guest Experience Associate, as well as serving as a Marketing Content Manager and Social Media Manager at GTM Companies, where responsibilities also included lead video editing. Additional experience includes a role as Marketing & Social Media Manager at Konnect Online. Kayla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Sport Management from Washington State University, earned between 2016 and 2019, and graduated from Sunnyside High School in 2015.
