Angie Dunn

Angie Dunn has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Angie is currently working as a Senior Raiser's Edge NXT Solutions Consultant at NPact, where they provide industry best practice consulting and optimization solutions for Raiser's Edge NXT databases. Prior to that, they worked at Blackbaud as a Senior RENXT Consultant and Campaign Analyst/Service Delivery, Senior. In these roles, they optimized client databases, developed dashboards and reports, and managed direct marketing campaigns. Before joining Blackbaud, Angie worked at MWI Direct as an Account Manager, where they coordinated customer direct marketing campaigns and resolved complex issues. Angie also served as the Development and Marketing Manager at the YMCA of Lincoln, Nebraska, where they administered the Raiser's Edge fundraising software database and led fundraising and marketing initiatives. Additionally, they worked at the State of Nebraska, Office of the CIO as a Lead Technical Assistant, managing and developing websites. Angie's early career involved working at Experian as a Client Services Specialist, where they reviewed client orders and performed selections from databases. Throughout their career, Angie has demonstrated strong expertise in database management, project management, client consulting, and direct marketing.

Angie Dunn attended Southeast Community College from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a degree in Microcomputer Technology with a focus on Web Programming. Angie also holds several certifications from Blackbaud, including being certified in Raiser's Edge NXT at the Professional Level obtained in August 2020, completing the Blackbaud Organizational Best Practices - Fundraising course in March 2020, and obtaining the Blackbaud Certification for RENXT in January 2018.
