LeAnn M. H. has diverse work experience in various industries. LeAnn M. began their career as an English and Spanish Instructor at Berlitz Corporation in 2006. LeAnn M. then worked as a Freelance Spanish Medical Interpreter and Translator at Dynamic Language Services, LLC from 2006 to 2009. LeAnn also served as an Adjunct Professor at Park University and College of Charleston from 2007 to 2009.

In 2007, LeAnn joined Trident Technical College as a Help Desk Support Technician, providing IT, hardware, and network support to faculty and staff members. LeAnn M. also served as an Adjunct Professor at Trident Technical College from 2007 to 2010.

LeAnn then transitioned to CarePoint, Inc in 2010, initially working as a Product Analyst, providing software and technical support, as well as SQL Server support and installation. LeAnn M. was later promoted to an Implementation Specialist, where they worked closely with customers, sales, and development teams to implement customer solutions and provide training and technical assistance.

From 2013 to 2022, LeAnn worked at Blackbaud, initially as a Technical Support Engineer, assisting Tier I analysts with software and SQL Server issues. LeAnn M. then progressed to the role of Enterprise Solutions Specialist I, providing technical and software support for enterprise-level clients. LeAnn was subsequently promoted to Customer Support, Senior, responsible for integrating support procedures and processes into the Blackbaud model. LeAnn M. then became a Customer Support, Principal, handling escalated and critical issues, creating knowledgebase documentation, and collaborating on product Life Cycle and Process Management.

Currently, LeAnn is the Principal Product Lead (Acquisition) at NPact, where their role involves leading the migration of FIMS and DonorCentral to NPact systems and overseeing day-to-day tasks as the Principal Product Lead, including resolving technical issues, creating documentation, and handling support escalations.

LeAnn M. H. holds a B.A. degree in Spanish/Secondary Education from Clemson University. LeAnn M. also has an A.A.S. degree in Telecommunications Systems Management from Trident Technical College. Additionally, they earned an M.A. in Spanish/Hispanic Linguistics from the University of South Carolina. LeAnn further pursued their studies in Spanish Language and Literature at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. In terms of certifications, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in September 2010. LeAnn M. also received the CompTIA Network+ certification in June 2010 and the CompTIA A+ certification in May 2010, both from CompTIA as well.
