Tamar Datan

Tamar Datan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and governance. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at NPAG since August 2015, Tamar has previously held the position of Executive Director at TrueSpark from July 2012 to July 2015. Prior consulting experience includes a role at Nonprofit Management and Governance from June 2011 to June 2012 and a significant tenure as Executive Vice President at Amazon Conservation Team from December 2006 to June 2011. Prior to these roles, Tamar worked as an Independent Consultant from October 2002 to November 2006. Tamar holds a Master of Education degree in Administration, Planning, and Social Policy from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Philosophy, and Political Science from Swarthmore College.
