Sierra McCann has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Receptionist/Archivist at Douglas Square Chiropractic until 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they also worked as a Swim Coach at P-Too learn to swim. In 2019, they became a Lifeguard at YMCA Calgary, where they stayed until 2021. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Hostess at Chakalaka. In 2022, they worked as a Hostess and ToGo expo at Earls Kitchen + Bar for a few months. Finally, in 2023, they took on the role of Director of Recruitment Counsellors for the National Panhellenic Conference Inc. at Western University.
Sierra McCann completed their high school education at Bishop Carroll High School from 2018 to 2021, earning a high school diploma. Sierra then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Thanatology at Western University from 2021 to 2025.

The National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) is the trade association for 26 national and international social sororities and one of the largest organizations advocating for women. Through its advocacy, NPC highlights the importance of women’s-only spaces and showcases the transformational power of the sorority experience.
