Hugh McColl IV

Hugh McColl IV is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Vice President at Falfurrias Management Partners since January 2022. Hugh holds several board positions, including Board Member roles at Neighborly Software, Gravitate, and capSpire, as well as a Board Observer position at NPI. Previously, Hugh was the Executive Director of Strategy and the Office of the CEO at Parexel from September 2020 to December 2021, functioning as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Earlier experience includes work as a Private Equity Associate at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, focusing on healthcare and technology, and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group.
