Jay Noel has a diverse work experience in the equipment sales industry. Jay started their career in 1989 as a District Sales Manager at NPK Construction Equipment, where they secured and maintained construction equipment dealers. Jay also trained the sales force to market hydraulic attachments in a multi-state territory. In 2008, Jay became a Regional Sales Manager at AGM America, responsible for securing and maintaining a dealer network for a New Zealand-based water tank manufacturer. Jay then started their own company, Noel Equipment Sales LLC, in 2009, where they worked as the owner and a Manufacturer's Sales Representative. Jay'sresponsibilities included marketing water tanks for off-road trucks in specific regions for dust control applications. In 2011, Jay joined NPK Construction Equipment again, this time as the Vice President of Sales.
Jay Noel attended Transylvania University from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
