Venu Tulugu

Venu Tulugu has extensive experience in engineering and product development roles. They currently serve as the Vice President of Engineering & NPD at NPK Construction Equipment, where they oversee the development and improvement of product lines. Prior to this role, Venu worked as the Director of Engineering and Quality at ITW Food Equipment Group, where they were responsible for product design and changes for automated systems. They also held the position of Head of New Product Development at CTB, Inc., managing multiple manufacturing locations and overseeing market feasibility. Before that, Venu worked as the Manager of New Product Development & Launch at CNH Industrial, where they supported product launches and developed testing criteria. Their early career includes a managerial role in application engineering at John Deere.

Venu Tulugu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Purdue University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Venu obtained a Master of Technology degree in Machine Design from the Institute of Engineering and Technology from 2003 to 2005. Venu also has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University, earned from 1991 to 1995. In addition to these degrees, Venu has received certifications in Leadership Training from ITW Food Equipment Group and Project Management from the Project Management Institute.
