Carl Hulet

Carl Hulet, CPA, is an experienced leader in internal audit, accounting, and reporting, currently serving as the Director of Internal Audit at NPK since 2021. With a background in public companies and Big Four public accounting, Carl has held numerous roles, including Financial Reporting Manager at Newfield Exploration and Manager of Assurance Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Carl possesses expertise in internal auditing, enterprise risk management, and U.S. GAAP reporting. They earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Utah State University.
