Patrick Osborn

Patrick Osborn is the current Director of Internal Audit at Bridge Investment Group. Prior to this, they were the Internal Audit Manager at AgReserves, Inc. from June 2012 to January 2015. There, they developed the current risk-based audit methodology and audit strategy, and they also managed all aspects of internal audit engagements for both national and international locations. This included control assessments, fraud investigations, and operational audits. In addition, they created departmental processes to promote efficiency and completeness of audit documentation and communication. Patrick also worked with areas of the company in supporting and furthering company efforts to standardize and simplify business processes and in implementing company initiatives. Lastly, they recommended improvements to the control environment and governance process. Prior to their time at AgReserves, Inc., Patrick Osborn was a CPA at Mantyla McReynolds from June 2008 to June 2012. Before that, they were the HR Manager at Game Gear from January 2002 to December 2007.

Patrick Osborn has a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business and a Bachelors in Accounting from the same school. Patrick is also a Certified Internal Auditor from The Institute of Internal Auditors and a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Utah.
