Woojong Rho

Woojong Rho has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career in 2013 as a Research Assistant at the Fredericton Research and Development Centre, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined McGill University as a Graduate Student Researcher and also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in 2018. From 2020 onwards, Woojong Rho transitioned into the biotechnology industry, working at Nomic Bio. Initially, they held the role of Assay Analyst Lead from January 2020 to August 2021. Subsequently, they became a Lab Operations Associate from August 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Woojong Rho holds the position of Technical Supervisor - Manufacturing at Nomic Bio starting from October 2022.

Woojong Rho pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of New Brunswick from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they attended McGill University and completed a Master's degree in Neuroscience from 2017 to 2020.
