Ela Kashyap is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, curriculum design, and IT analysis. Currently serving as the Lead Learning and Development Specialist at NPower Canada since June 2021, Ela has previously worked as a Curriculum Designer at Wiz Kid Coding and held various positions including Analyst roles at Morneau Shepell, Aon Hewitt, and SDG Corporation. Ela has also contributed as a Book Author and Learning Specialist in IT, showcasing a strong background in educational content development. Ela's educational credentials include a Master of Information Technology from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Technology with honors from Kurukshetra University.
