Ishan Pandya is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in technical instruction and management. Currently serving as a Flex Technical Instructor at NPower Canada since September 2021, Ishan provides technical training to participants across multiple provinces. Previous roles include Technical Instructor and Junior Technical Instructor at Kumon North America, where Ishan enhanced resource management, increased student capacity, and improved communication with parents. Ishan also has experience as a Tutor at Brilliant Tutors, achieving significant academic improvements for students, and as a Database Designer at Azure Knowledge Corporation, where Ishan optimized data processing systems and facilitated effective client communication. Ishan holds degrees in Project Management and Enterprise Software Development from Humber College and has completed a Jr Data Analyst program at NPower Canada.
