Andrew Cerna

Andrew Cerna is an experienced support engineer and cloud computing trainee with a solid background in IT and project management. Currently serving as an L2 Support Engineer at Endeavor since April 2022, Andrew has also gained practical experience through dual roles at NPower, participating in a comprehensive IT fundamentals program aimed at achieving key IT certifications. Andrew's project management skills were honed at Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science, where involvement included redesigning HVAC systems for energy-efficient housing and managing teams in various engineering projects, including the development of innovative solutions like the Micro-Submerger filtration device. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University, completed in December 2019.
