Cynthia Pace

Cynthia Pace is a highly experienced educator in the field of Information Technology, currently serving as the Lead Technology Instructor at NPower since October 2023, where training focuses on CompTIA certifications for young adults from underserved communities, military spouses, and veterans. In addition to this role, Cynthia is an Adjunct Instructor at Frederick Community College since February 2023 and has taught at TheeSeeds LLC between May and December 2023, developing course curriculum for underserved adult students in IT fields including ITF+, Network+, and Scrum Master. Previously, as the Tech Connect Coordinator at Frederick Community College from December 2019 to July 2022, Cynthia supported the US Labor Department’s America's Promise Grant initiative, delivering short-term, project-based IT learning aligned with workforce needs. Cynthia holds a Master's degree in IT with a specialization in Telecommunications Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Networks and Security, both from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
