John Parrish

John Parrish is an emerging Information Technology Security Specialist currently training at NPower, focusing on various IT certifications. Previous experience includes serving as a Case Manager, Counselor, and Instructor at Veterans Village of San Diego, where support was provided to homeless veterans in finding employment and stable housing. John also worked as a Counselor at Stepping Stone of San Diego, assisting homeless individuals in recovery and job placement. A background in project management and electronics was gained during roles at L & H Airco and the US Navy, where instruction and mentorship were key responsibilities. John holds multiple degrees in Computer Science and Cyber/Computer Forensics from National University and FortiNet, as well as foundational education in Transfer Studies from San Diego City College.
