Kevin A. is a Lead Technical Instructor at NPower since August 2022, previously serving as an Assistant Technical Instructor. Kevin plays a vital role in achieving certification goals and managing classroom dynamics. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Digital Literacy Instructor at NTT DATA Services, along with an Information Technology Internship where responsibilities involved shadowing network specialists and delivering technical presentations. Kevin also completed an Information Technology Trainee program at NPower and contributed as an Office Assistant Intern for the CUNY Recovery Corps. Additional experience includes a VDI Internship at CUNY New York City College of Technology, focusing on implementing Virtual Desktop Infrastructure. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Technology from City Tech and previously obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer and Information Systems.
